What is Babel Music XP?
Babel Music XP is a massive professional trade fair and an international showcase. For three days, Marseille becomes the center of the world music scene.
The event features showcase concerts to discover the next big names in global music, a trade fair for agencies, labels, and festivals to connect, and conferences and networking sessions discussing the future of the music industry.
It is the perfect place for professionals to build new bridges and find international opportunities.
Meet Lora Grigorova in Marseille
Our producer manager Lora Grigorova will be present throughout the event. She is a key figure at Wakan Tanka Prod and handles multiple roles, she is the manager of the renowned project El Hijo de la Cumbia, who continues to be a pioneer in the digital cumbia movement.
Lora is deeply involved in our creative and educational branches. She represents our independent label, Wakan Tanka Records, and develops her own music project.
Directing the New Congona Festival
Lora Grigorova is also the Artistic Director of the Congona Festival. This brand-new festival will have its very first edition this summer in Malmö, Sweden.
Congona Festival aims to bring tropical sounds and cultural diversity to the heart of Scandinavia. Lora will be at Babel Music XP to discuss the festival’s vision with international partners and agents.
