Prizes are awarded in multiple categories, such as “Composer of the Year,” “Lyricist of the Year,” “International Success of the Year,” “Breakthrough of the Year,” “Song of the Year,” and two classical music categories: “Classical Music Prize – Large Ensemble/Opera” and “Classical Music Prize – Small Ensemble/Chamber Music.” There are also special awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award and a prize for “Most Played Song of the Year” in collaboration with Stim.
